All program materials, manuals, and content are the exclusive intellectual property of the company. These resources are for the participant's personal use only; reproduction, distribution, or sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited.

所有课程内容、手册及相关资料均属本公司专属知识产权。上述资源仅供学员个人使用；严禁私自转载、分发或分享给第三方。

Personal Data Protection 个人资料保护

Data will be used exclusively for communication, clinical support, and internal service notifications within the program.

您的个人及医疗资料将仅用于本计划范围内的沟通、临床支持及内部服务通知。

Limitation of Liability 责任限制

The company's total liability to the participant for any claims arising out of or in connection with the program or these terms shall be limited to the total amount of payment actually paid by the participant.

对于因本计划或本条款引起或与之相关的任何索赔，公司对参与者的全部赔偿责任应限于参与者实际支付的款项总额。

Service Guarantee 服务保障

In the event that no results are achieved, the service period will be extended.

若未达成预期效果，我们将延长服务期限。

Governing Law 法律适用

This agreement and all related services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

本协议及所有相关服务均受马来西亚法律管辖，并按其进行解释。
